Chapter IV — Access, queries, and claims: procedure and timelines to file a consulta or reclamo.
Chapter V — Information security: measures to protect databases and limit access to roles that needed the data (for example couriers for an active delivery).
Chapter VI — Final provisions: entry into force (17 November 2016).
